Berkeley & Sebastopol

An absolute perfect stay. We (couple, 1 child) stayed for 1 month and absolutely loved it. The bungalow is new construction and beautifully appointed. It’s off the road so very peaceful and private. We occasionally left the windows open at night and there was never any noise. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to prepare meals. Beds were comfortable with quality bedding. It’s a great set up for 2 people, a couple, or a family of 3. Our daughter loved having her own space in the loft. The location can’t be beat. Walking distance to great restaurants (recommend Fern Bar for happy hour), several coffee shops (Retrograde is great) and Main Street for shopping. We’ve stayed in several dozen Airbnbs and this was one of the best stays we’ve had. Highly recommend!

Sweet little spot. Great family neighborhood. Easy free parking which is a major plus for Berkeley. Good variety of restaurants, parks and coffee shops nearby. Place is spotless and amenities are dialed in. Excellent for someone traveling with others who needs to work. Very accommodating host.

Very comfortable bed; great location near walking path and parks; lovely deck on the back; very clean; luxurious rain showerhead and big fluffy towels in bathroom. Huge TV. Everything one could need in the kitchen, including both French press and drip coffee makers! Laundry facilities were a nice convenience. Would definitely stay here again!

This is an excellent Airbnb in a great location. Easy parking right in front of the unit, only two blocks from BART, restaurants and grocery are nearby. Everything you need for a good stay. Highly recommended.

We loved staying at Megan's. The apartment was even bigger than it looked in the pictures. It was extremely comfortable. There was everything we needed. Megan even offered to set the sofa bed up in advance since we were getting in late. It is right across the street from the North Berkeley BART station, making it extremely easy to get everywhere we needed to go. There were lots of delicious restaurants a few blocks away. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to Berkeley!

Megan has clearly thought a lot about what her guests' comfort and convenience. The kitchen and bathroom are well stocked for a short or long stay. I counted 13 quality electrical appliances, a variety of bdthroom supplies and and even emergency necessities. The sleeping spaces were comfortable and high quality. The back deck was delightful. The oroperty very well kept. Communication reponsive amd speedy. The computer workspace and tv were superlative.

This is a great place to stay. The horse is spacious and clean and the kitchen is well-equipped. The Ohlone Path is just two houses away and is a great walking/jogging path in either direction. Easy to walk to coffee and restaurants.

Megan and Pete were amazing hosts and responsive! Thank you for the great cottage, it was a perfect and peaceful place to stay for my quick work trip. Street parking was very easy! Also, they had literally so many items (toiletries, tools, electronics, etc) if you forget to pack something they likely have you covered. I was too busy with work to check out the cool restaurants nearby but would recommend this for a fun trip too!

staying at Megan and Pete's cottage is lovely. Great location close to BART, Target and many restaurants. Most stand out is well equipped home beyond expectation. Working station with monitors, printer, stationary. Love the deck and heated bathroom floor. Ample parking too. Definitely will be back

We had a great time. The cottage is clean, quiet, and comfortable. The Yale lock gave us easy entrance and locking the door. We got hot water quickly. Internet allowed texting and emails. Megan always responded to us and gave us accurate information everytime. Air conditioning in the cottage, often rare in Berkeley. Bed was great. We willl return for our next visit.
