Welcome to Bay Area Cozy Stays - Berkeley. Feel right at home in 600 sq ft incl a new bathroom w heated floors! We have Sonic fiber internet, standing desk, 2 screens, ergo chair. A variety of pillows, extra blankets and room-darkening shades in the bedroom. Use the washer/dryer, iron & board to get rid of wrinkles. Roku in the bedrm, 65" smart TV in the living rm. Full kitchen. A collection of books & guides, so you can unwind with a good read or explore the area

Good to know

A traditional Berkeley stucco house with a deck and small patio in a residential neighborhood. The house is part of what they call a pocket neighborhood, having a common driveway shared by 5 other houses and great neighbors. A breakfast nook, fully equipped kitchen. Bedroom door leads to your private deck, patio and garden.

We are also close to Berkeley Amtrak and 4th street shops, just 10 blocks away. It is a 14 minute bike ride to the UC Berkeley campus. Walk, jog or ride your bike along the Ohlone Greenway/bike trail, two houses down. We are close to the infamous local produce and grocery Monterey Market and the Berkeley Bowl.

Neighborhood

The cottage is very conveniently located, 2 blocks from the BART station and a few houses from the Ohlone jogging and bike trail. Did I mention the Cedar Rose pickleball courts just a 10 minute walk down the Ohlone trail!? The UC Berkeley campus is a 14 minute bike ride away on bike friendly roads.

Guest Access

Access to the entire house and a fenced-in private back garden patio and deck. There is ample free street parking right out in front.

Megan’s place was great. The location was quiet. I was able to walk to restaurants and to a grocery store. And it was very convenient for me to visit family nearby.

Megan was a terrific host. On my arrival, a freak problem caused by an earthquake the day before was addressed immediately, even though it was 10:00 at night. Terrific location, all the expected amenities in place.
