I was absolutely blown away by how stunning this place was. The atmosphere was serene and peaceful, yet everything I could possibly need was just steps away. Restaurants, shops, and attractions were all within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient. It honestly felt like the perfect balance of relaxation and accessibility. Out of all the places I’ve stayed, this was by far the most memorable. I can’t recommend booking with Megan enough,you’ll love it here.

This place is a little gold nugget!! It is well-situated so you can walk to restaurants, and we discovered a nearby walking trail.
The place is beautifully and thoughtfully arranged (for example the couch is on wheels so you can move it). Everything is spotlessly clean, and it has a warm, welcoming, comfortable homey feeling.
I highly recommend it.

Megan’s place was spot on. We came to visit family and the location was just a few blocks from where they lived. Very convenient to the BART for us to travel into San Francisco.
Parking was right outside the house. Love the fact that she provided a work station. Even thought i was on vacation I did need to take care of a few things and having that nice docking station and two monitors made it easier.
Bed was very comfortable. Loved the bathroom.
If our family is still living in the area we would love to return back.

This is a beautiful place with a porch behind it which we really appreciated. I really liked the kitchen utilities with big stove and few different coffee makers. Communication with host was easy and on point, with host communicating through whats app and Airbnb.

Megan’s place is in a great location with a sweet garden and a redwood tree outside the bedroom window. Everything was very clean and well kept, with a nicely equipped kitchen and a comfortable bedroom. Megan was very helpful, and I’d happily stay here again when in Sebastopol.

An absolute perfect stay. We (couple, 1 child) stayed for 1 month and absolutely loved it. The bungalow is new construction and beautifully appointed. It’s off the road so very peaceful and private. We occasionally left the windows open at night and there was never any noise. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to prepare meals. Beds were comfortable with quality bedding.
It’s a great set up for 2 people, a couple, or a family of 3. Our daughter loved having her own space in the loft.
The location can’t be beat. Walking distance to great restaurants (recommend Fern Bar for happy hour), several coffee shops (Retrograde is great) and Main Street for shopping.
We’ve stayed in several dozen Airbnbs and this was one of the best stays we’ve had. Highly recommend!

Sweet little spot. Great family neighborhood. Easy free parking which is a major plus for Berkeley. Good variety of restaurants, parks and coffee shops nearby. Place is spotless and amenities are dialed in. Excellent for someone traveling with others who needs to work. Very accommodating host.

Perfect place to stay for walking access to the downtown and Barlow areas in Sebastopol. The place is very tiny but the amenities are perfect for the space. It was very clean and comfortable.

Absolutely perfect! A tiny home with all the comfort and convenience you'd hope for!!! Love the details!
Very private. Very quiet. So close to town and the trail.
Our favorites were the blue tooth light speaker in the bathroom, the cool AC, the comfortable cozy bed/Hulu binge watching upstairs.
Exactly the escape we needed!!!!

Very cute and functional space in a great location to downtown Sebastopol. We ate at Hopmonk and had a good meal--would recommend. Since we were there during the wildfires, we stayed inside a little more than usual and enjoyed Hulu and Netflix. Jim & Jo, Elk Grove, CA
